Return or Exchange Policy

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item from your Belle Âme Janice Boutique order. 

We welcome all qualifying unworn, unaltered clothing with original tags and packaging still attached to be returned or exchanged for a full refund or exchanged for another size or item within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. See below how to initiate your return or exchange.

Non qualifying items include the following:

* Items with smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor.

* Items has stains, animal hair, has been clearly washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. 

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-5 business days. If your item is determined qualified, we will issue the refund or exchange. A refund will be issued back to the method that was used to pay for the order in the amount you paid, minus all shipping costs.

To initiate a return or exchange simply email us of your intent to return or exchange within 3 days of the of the receipt of your item. Please include the following in the email.

1) Your order number

2) Your name and email used when the order was placed

3) The item you would like to return or exchange.

You will receive an email back from us, including instructions on how and where to return or exchange your item. In order to complete your return within the 7 day window of receipt, it is very important to email us within 3 days from the receipt of your items so that the we can initiate the return/exchange process. If we do not receive an email from you within 3 days, all sales will be considered final.


*All Clearance and Sale Items

Clearance and Sales items are marked at/or below cost!  They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are making room for new GOODIES! Due to this, they are a FINAL SALE.

* All Shoes are a FINAL SALE. 

* For hygiene purposes and the best interest of our customers, all earrings, seamless bottoms, swim suits, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eye wear are a FINAL SALE.

* All Special Occasion Dresses - Because special occasion dresses are often only worn once and/ or are special ordered in a specific size for that customer, they are a FINAL SALE.
